Order Fulfillment & What to Expect

Sharing Your Vehicle Information.

AAfter your order is placed, you will be required to provide a list of vehicles and their corresponding VINs for device installation.

For Mob-One and Mob-Light orders, please include the year, make, model, and VIN for each vehicle associated with the devices ordered.

What the Client Will Receive.

Devices and connecting cables — shipped to the address indicated in this order.
VIN/IMEI assignment table —Included within the package of devices
Admin portal access — credentials sent on shipment.

Payment Conditions

Payment is due upon completion of order. Accepted payment methods include those authorized by Ituran at ther time of transactions. Payments must be received in full and cleared before release of goods. Late payments may be subjected to suspension of services, delayed fulfillment, and or applicable late fees as permitted by law or contractual agreement.

Payments —All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. Ituran does not store, or have access to full credit or debit card, or ACH information at any time. By providing a payment method, the customer authorizes Ituran to use the designated payment method for recurring monthly service fees and any applicable charges associated with the account. Charges will be processed in accordance with the agreed billing cycle.

Shipping Timeline.

Mob-One: Ships within 3 business days of payment confirmation and VIN list receipt.

Monthly Service Fee.

Monthly service fees correspond to the full preceding month of service and are typically invoiced within the first ten (10) days of each calendar month. Billing is based on full calendar months and is not prorated based on shipment or activation date within the month.

If a device is deactivated, it will be removed from the subsequent month’s billing cycle.

All monthly service fees are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. By maintaining an active account, the customer agrees to utilize an authorized payment method on file for automatic payments. The customer authorizes Ituran USA to charge the designated payment method for all invoiced amounts, including any outstanding balances.

Payments may be processed at any time after invoicing and may be reattempted in the event of payment failure or insufficient funds until the outstanding balance is satisfied.

Service Start Date.

Mob-One: Monthly billing begins on the date of shipment. Devices ship pre-activated to facilitate onboarding.

Minimum Term & Renewal.

This agreement has a minimum term of 12 months from the date of first monthly service billing. It renews automatically unless either party provides written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the end of the term.

Early Termination

In the event of early termination by the client, Ituran will invoice 40% of the total remaining monthly fees for the unexpired term.

Tax Exemption

If a valid tax exemption certificate is not received by Ituran USA within 1 business day of order acceptance, applicable state and local taxes will be applied to the order and included in the invoice. Certificates can be submitted to accounting@ituranusa.com. Tax exemption certificates received after an order has shipped will not be accepted for refund of taxes already charged. Any claims for sales tax refunds on shipped orders must be submitted directly to the relevant state Department of Revenue in the state to which the goods were delivered.

Remote Immobilization (Mob-Light)

These devices include a remote immobilization capability that operates as a next-ignition lockout: when activated, the vehicle remains operable until the next time the engine is turned off, after which it will not restart until immobilization is released. This design intentionally does not cut power, fuel, or any vehicle system while the vehicle is in motion.

By accepting these terms, you authorize Ituran to provide this capability and your authorized administrators to operate it through the Ituran admin portal. You are solely responsible for the use of this capability against vehicles in your fleet and for any consequences arising from its use, including but not limited to disputes with drivers, renters, or third parties. Ituran exercises no control over when or how you use this capability and is not a party to your relationship with the vehicle's driver or renter.

Data Collection

Ituran collects and processes the following data in connection with this order:

All products: Order information (company, contact, shipping address, billing address, signed agreement, payment method via Ebiz Payments), vehicle identification (VIN), and device telemetry including GPS location and ignition state.
Mob-Light additionally: Remote immobilization status and command history.
